Restaurant Policy

Dietary Restrictions:

Should guests require any attention on dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special preferences, please inform us in 72 hours prior to your visit. We apologize for unable to offer vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free menu.

Dress Code:

Smart casual, covered shoes and long pants are required for gentlemen.

No-Smoking Policy:

Aligning the No-Smoking Policy at Guangzhou Media Centre, smoking (including electronic cigarette) is strictly prohibited in restaurant premises. If necessary, our team is more than happy to escort any guest to the designated smoking area in front of the lift lobby on ground floor. Cleaning charge at RMB2,000 will be applied if any smoking inside the premises is found, inclusive of balcony and washrooms. To ensure a quality dining experience for the rest of the guests, we apologize for unable to continue serving any repeat offender.

Children Policy:

Guests at age of 12 or above are welcomed at dining room, while age of 6 or above at our private rooms.

Deposit and Cancellation:

To confirm any booking, deposit will be charged at RMB300 per person at lunch while RMB600 per person at dinner.

For any change of plans, change of number of guests or need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your visit as the ingredients will be ordered three days in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited. A full price of the menu will be charged as penalty for any one-day cancellation.

Photo Taking:

We welcome our guests to take photos in the restaurant, under the circumstances of not disturbing other guests. We are sorry for not allowing any photo taking outside of the assigned table or using flash light.

Wine Services Policy:

Every two guests are limited to bring one regular bottle (750ml), a maximum two bottles per table. Wine services fee is at RMB500 per regular bottle (750ml); or RMB1,000 per magnum bottle (1.5L).

Celebratory Cake & Cake-cutting Charge:

For special occasion, celebratory cake is available to pre-order . A 10cm-cake for 2 guests to enjoy is at CNY150, while 4-inch cake for 4 guests to enjoy is at CNY300. For other sizes, please contact with us at least 72 hours prior to your visit. We also welcome guests to bring your own cake while cake services charge is at CNY300 per cake.

Complimentary Parking:

We offer complimentary parking with TWO hours for lunch and THREE hours for dinner.
